Biography

Ioseba (Joe) Tena is Chief Commercial Officer at Forcys. Joe is a well-recognised and successful leader in the unmanned maritime systems and sensors industry working with marine autonomous systems. Joe’s research interests are in navigation and signal processing related to the underwater domain. Prior to joining Forcys, Joe was Head of Defence at Sonardyne a leading supplier of navigation and communication payloads for the underwater domain. Earlier Joe was one of the founders of SeeByte an advanced software for underwater vehicles company.
