Biography
Justin Hains served in the Royal Navy for 28 years. He is a mine warfare, diving and explosive ordnance disposal specialist and Principal Warfare Officer, with command experience in a bomb disposal unit, minehunters and most recently NATO’s Standing Mine Countermeasures Group in the Mediterranean and Black Seas, for which he was awarded an MBE in 2020.
